Stargazing
Frosty Drew Observatory, Ninigret Park, 62 Park Lane, Charlestown will be open at dusk
on Friday nights for stargazing. Learn about the stars at one of the best dark sky sites
on the east coast. If the sky is cloudy, the Sky Theatre will be open for a discussion
or presentation with our astronomer. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

Art Newport: Aboard SeaFair Yacht Newport, RI
Join the first annual Art Newport, a one of a kind event aboard SeaFair,
the mega-yacht venue. This 228-foot, 3,200 ton privately owned yacht is
one of the ten largest in the United States. Groundbreaking in scale,
ingenuity and style, the yacht, which remains dockside during each event,
pairs international fine art glass, paintings, photography, sculpture,
jewelry and collectables with harbor view dining and special events.
During the 10-day fine art exhibition the ship will bring international
dealers from around the world to Newport for the first time.
Location: Newport Shipyard, 1 Washington Street. Time: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
